This 25 hour training will offer yogic tools for you to understand and manage stress, heal trauma and build resilience to live courageously and in harmony with life's challenges. Led by Certified Yoga Therapists Jenny Orona, Jenn Wooten and Shanti Kelley.

This 25 hour course is open to any yoga student who wants to develop a trauma aware approach to practicing yoga.
In this workshop we will cover:
The physiology of trauma and its effects on the nervous system
The psychology of trauma through an Eastern lense
The sociology of trauma an how trauma is passed through generations and collective experience
How to hold an open, compassionate and non-judgemental space for ourselves
Ayurvedic self-care and yogic tools to support:
- Nervous system regulation
- Trauma healing through embodiment and mindfulness
- Self-authority and personal empowerment
- The cultivation of resilience
